A 13 storey building including basement and subbasement floors with three floors parking facility adjacent to the main building, This project was previously designed and was under construction with the function of Central Service Complex, consists Ethiopian Institute Insurance & Banking, SACCDO, Foreign Exchange Control, Model Bank Branch, etc. Currently the overall functions of the building have been changed and designed to Head Office Building of National Bank of Ethiopia, while it was in construction phase.
